A habitat restoration work day will be held at Bliss Woods Forest Preserve from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 30. Cutting and stacking invasive brush will be the main tasks. Tools are provided but feel free to bring your favorite loppers and hand cutters. If conditions allow old brush piles will be burned. Best to wear clothing made of natural materials.
We will meet in the main parking lot off of Bliss Road in Sugar Grove.
