Here are NASCAR results in the April races
NASCAR Cup Series, Wurth 400, Dover Motor Speedway, Dover, Del., Sunday, April 28.
After the dust was cleared, pole position was awarded to Kyle Busch in his Childress Chevrolet, but Denny Hamlin in a Gibbs Toyota held off the field in the third stage to win the race, his 54th victory in the Cup Series. Following in second was Kyle Larson (by one-quarter of a second), Martin Truex, Jr., in third, Kyle Busch in fourth, and Chase Elliott in fifth.
The first stage was won by Martin Truex, Jr. and the second stage was won by Kyle Larson.
The restart for the third stage had Hamlin in first, who stayed there all the way to the end.
With 70 laps to go the big-one happened with Bubba Wallace’s sliding sideways in addition with Christopher Bell, Alex Bowman, Dave Smith, and William Byron.
NASCAR Cup Series, Geico 500, Talladega Superspeedway, Talladaga, Ala., Sunday, April 21.
Pole position was won by Mike McDowell’s Ford. In a big surprise in the last 50 feet of the race after the big-one, Tyler Reddick charged from third place to first to take the victory. Following in second was Brad Keseloski, Noah Gragson in third, Ricky Stenhouse in fourth, and Alex Bowman in fifth.
In the first stage, Truex, Jr. got around McDowell and with 24 laps to go Ty Gibbs got around McDowell.
With 10 laps to go Austin Cendric took the lead and won the first stage after Hamlin spun out in the pits.
Second stage winner was Joey Logano. Early in stage three, Alex Bowman and at least four others caused an all-Toyota melee. Involved were Boman, John Hunter Nemacheck, Eric Jones, Hamlin, and Wallace.
With 20 laps to go it was McDowell, Tyler Reddick, and Keselowski , until McDowell lost control when blocking Keselowski on the last lap, to allow Reddick to pull ahead for the victory.
NASCAR Cup Series, Auto Trader 400, Texas Motor Speedway, Arlington, Texas. Sunday, April 15.
Pole-sitter was Kyle Larson, however the race was won by Elliott.
Kyle Larson won stage one.
Second stage winner was Ross Chastain.
With 37 laps to go, John Hunter Nemacheck spun out and Joe Logano was in the lead.
Tyler Reddick hit the wall with 21 laps to go with Elliott in the lead.
Hamlin spun out to set up a green- white checker for Elliott to cross for the victory.

NASCAR Cup Series, Cook Out 400, Martinsville Speedway, Martinsville, Va., Sunday, April 7.
Pole-sitter was Kyle Larson and he led most of stage one and won the stage. At the end of the race Hendrick Motorsports team cars won the top three spots: William Byron in first, Elliott in second, and Larson in third. Following in fourth was Wallace, and Blaney was in fifth.
William Byron took stage two.With 80 laps to go Daniel Suarez was leading, ahead of William Byron.
With just a few laps to go John Hunter Nemicheck hit the wall to set up a green-white checker finish with William Byron the victor.
