Montgomery resident, Navy veteran and veteran advocate Herschel Luckinbill thanks Navy League Aurora Council 247 members Tuesday (March 16) for a farewell tribute February 16. Luckinbill attended the March Navy League dinner meeting at One East Benton Street conference center in Aurora. He and wife Eva will move to Charlotte, Tenn.. U.S. Army Col. (ret.)
