The annual Jim Butler Golf Classic, hosted by the Roosevelt-Aurora American Legion Post 84, will take place Thursday, Aug. 21 at Tamarack Golf Club, 24032 Royal Worlington Drive, Naperville. The event will start with registration at 8:30 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 10 a.m.. Lunch will be from 11 a.m. through 1 p.m., with dinner and awards starting at 3:30 p.m..
Cost is $150 per golfer, and there is a dinner-only option for $50. Checks can be made out to Roosevelt-Aurora American Legion Post 84 fund, PO Box 4784, Aurora.
