There will be another flag ceremony in the front of the GAR (Grand Army of the Republic) Memorial Hall July 4 starting at 10 a.m.. The GAR Hall is at 23 E. Downer Place in downtown Aurora. Participants will be AMVETS POST 103, American Legion Post 1944, AVAC (Aurora Veterans Advisory Council), and Chuck Nelson, Aurora deputy mayor. There was a Memorial Day ceremony May 25.
