Junior golfers and their parents are invited to the 2023 Junior Golfapalooza, a fun, educational event at Springbrook Golf Course in Naperville to kick off the 2023 golf season. The event will take place Saturday, April 15 for ages 5-17, including returning players and those new to the game. Registration will open April 1 at www.golfnaperville.org and participants may register for one of the following time slots: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., or 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.. The registration fee per junior participant is $5 for Naperville Park District residents and $7 for nonresidents.
PGA professionals will offer a golf clinic for junior golfers, who will have the opportunity to play games, win prizes, and enjoy complimentary hot dogs and beverages. Additionally, participants can try out the latest golf equipment and learn about Brooks Golf Academy camps, clinics, lessons and leagues planned for 2023.
One parent or guardian must be present at the event. Participants are asked to bring their own clubs if possible, as a limited number of clubs will be available for use at the event.
Springbrook Golf Course is at 2220 W. 83rd Street in Naperville.
