NASCAR Cup Series, Toyota Owners 400, Richmond Raceway, Richmond, Va., Sunday, April 2.
A good pit stop near the end of the race with 25 laps to go, put Kyle Larson out front where he stayed to win the race. Following in second place was Josh Berry, driving for Chase Elliot who is recovering from a ski accident. Third place was Ross Chastain, Christopher Bell in fourth place, and Kevin Harvick in fifth.
Stage 2 was won by Denny Hamlin over Christopher Bell.
Hamlin early on collided with JJ Yeley and he spun into the wall. Hamlin was fined $50,000 after the race because he admitted to purposely colliding with Yeley. The previous week Hamlin spun Kyle Larson.
NASCAR Cup Series, EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix, Circuit of the Americas, Travis County, Texas, Sunday, March 26.
Tyler Reddick won over Kyle Busch for the victory. In third was Alex Bowman, Ross Chastain in fourth, and William Byron in fifth.
The race had some road course veterans from Indy car Conor Daly and Kimi Räikkönen from Formula 1.
At lap 3, Brad Keselowski spun out after making contact with Jimmie Johnson.
Austin Cendric took an early lead when Bubba Wallace spun at the end of the straight-away along with Larson who went off the track. When Larson came back on the track he hit Hamlin late in the first stage.
William Byron won the first stage over Austin Cendric.
Reddick won Stage 2 over Austin Dillon
Reddick took lead with 30 laps remaining.
With 10 laps to go there was a six-car wreck on a restart.
With four laps to go William Byron led a Green White Checker with Kyle Busch restarting in third.
When the dust cleared Reddick won over Kyle Busch.
NASCAR Cup Series, Ambetter Health 400, Atlanta Motor Speedway, Atlanta, Ga., Sunday, March 18.
Joey Logano won the 1st Stage and the overall race with no major crashes. In second place was Brad Keselowski, Christopher Bell in third, Corey Lajoie in fourth, and Reddick in fifth.
The second stage was won by Austin Cendric over Logano.
Lap 209 a car blew a tire in front of Kyle Larson, crashed, and was out of the race.
Keselowski was in the lead over teammate Logano with 40 laps to go. Logano passed Brad on last lap to get the victory! It was Logano’s 32nd Cup victory and first at the Atlanta track.
NASCAR Cup Series, United Rentals Work United 500, Phoenix International Raceway, Phoenix. Ariz., Sunday, March 12.
William Byron won in overtime ahead of Dave Blaney in second place. Tyler Reddick finished in third place, Kyle Larson in fourth, and Harvick in fifth.
William Byron won first stage.
Larson won second stage. Harvick was in the lead in final stage of race, then had a poor pit stop and moved back to seventh place.
Harrison Burton spun out and collided with the wall to set up a Green White Checker finish. William Byron won in overtime.
NASCAR Cup Series, Pennzoil 400, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Las Vegas, Nev., Sunday, March 5.
First stage, and the overall race winner, was Byron. Following in second was Larson, Alex Bowman was in third, Bubba Wallace was in fourth, and Bell in fifth.
Bowman led two-thirds of the race until the Hamlin took. Hamlin was challenged by Larson, who took the lead.
Larson was leading, until Byron got ahead for the victory.
