Indian Creek, which had reached the tournament championship match three times previously, won the Little Ten Tournament championship for the first time.

Somonauk-Leland-Newark Coop is a second year coop between the three schools. After winning the outright conference championship in their first year as a coop, Somonauk-Leland-Newark shared the conference title this season.

Hinckley-Big Rock earned a share of the conference championship for the first time since 2015. The Royals have won or shared the conference championship 24 times in the 49 seasons since the Little Ten went to a single division of competition in 1976.

The championship was determined on PKs for only the fifth time overall and first time since 2005.

Postseason
Hinckley-Big Rock won the IHSA Class 1A Regional at Somonauk, 1-0 in the championship match. The Hinckley-Big Rock saw their season end in the semifinal round of their own sectional with a loss to Richmond-Burton.
