1st Place Chiropractic 1750 E. Main St., Suite 140, in St. Charles will host a holiday food drive in partnership with Salvation Army, December 8 through 13. The goal is to collect more than a ton (2,000 pounds) of food. To help meet the goal 1st Place Chiropractic is committed to give away $5,000 of chiropractic care in exchange for donations for the food drive.
New patient services (consultation, examination, and up to four x-rays, if needed) are being offered free of charge with an appropriate non-perishable food donation.
Acceptable items include canned vegetables, tuna, chicken, stews, soups & spaghetti sauce, as well as dry items, like instant soup. Please no glass containers, perishable items or baby food.
The community is encouraged to drop off food donations at this location during regular business hours, December 8 through 13.
