NASCAR Cup Series, Würth 400 Texas Motor Speedway, Fort Worth, Texas, Sunday, May 4.
Joey Logano, who took the lead in the last two laps, won the race. In second place was Ross Chastain, Ryan Blaney third, Kyle Larson fourth, and Eric Jones fifth.
The pole position was won by Carson Hocevar.
In the first stage, with 50 laps to go, two Fords were in the lead, Austin Cendric and Josh Berry.
At the end of Stage 1, with four laps to go, Denny Hamlin’s car engine had a blowout, with flames shooting out. Austin Cendric won Stage 1.
With 55 laps to go in Stage 2, Bubba Wallace, A.J. Allmendinger, and Alex Bowman collided together, involving four others to create the first “big one” of the race. A caution was issued.
With 30 laps to go in Stage 2, Kyle Busch spun out and hit the wall. Kyle Larson, who led most of the Stage 2, won the stage.
At lap 232 Hocevar and Michael McDowell were at the front. Then another caution was issued when Tyler Reddick spun out and made contact with Daniel Suarez.
McDowell was in the lead, but with just three laps to go, he crashed.
After the restart there were four contenders for first: Larson, Chastain, Logano, and Blaney. With two laps to go, Logano took the lead and stayed there for the victory.

NASCAR Cup Series, Jack Link’s 500, Talladega Superspeedway, Talladega, Ala., Sunday, April 27.
The race was the one of the most uneventful Talladega events in recent history.
Pole was set by a Ford driven by Zane Smith.
A Penske Ford, driven by Austin Cendric, took the win, with Ryan Preese in second, Larson in third, Byron fourth, and Logano fifth.
On lap 46 there was an accident with three cars going into the pits involving Brad Keselowski, Blaney, and Kyle Busch.
Later on, racers Christopher Bell and Chris Buescher were in the lead and crashed, with help from Denny Hamlin.
Kyle Larson won Stage 1. Hocevar and William Byron collided together, to allow Wallace to win Stage 2.
Overall winner was Austin Cendric.
NASCAR Cup Series, Food City 500, Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol, Tenn., Sunday, April 13.
The spring race was won by Kyle Larson. Following in second was Hamlin, Ty Gibbs in third, Chase Briscoe in fourth, and Blaney in fifth.
The pole winner was Alex Bowman.
Stage 1 was green flag all the way, with Hamlin taking the win.
During the Stage 2 Shane van Gisbergen and Hocevar came together and ended up in the wall.
Larson won Stage 2.
Alex Bowman’s car had excessive smoking led, which led to engine failure on lap 196.
Blaney took the lead when Larson went into the pits with 105 laps to go. However, Larson got the lead back and went on to win the Food City 500.
NASCAR Sup Series, Goodyear 500, Darklington Raceway, Darlington, S.C. Sunday, April 6.
This race was a throwback race with paint schemes going back to the 1970s
In a green white checker finish, Hamlin won the race, followed by Byron in second place, Bell in third, Reddick in fourth, and Blaney in fifth.
Byron won the pole position.
Only seven laps into the race, Larson spun out and hit the inside wall. Hocevar had the second spin out with nine laps to go in Stage 1.
Reddick won Stage 1 and Byron won Stage 2.
Josh Berry got knocked into the wall by Reddick with 30 laps to go.
Reddick then took the lead from Byron and with nine laps to go Blaney took control of the lead.
Larson hit the wall with six laps to go and all the leaders went into the pits.
Hamlin got out of the pits first and took over the lead to win the race.
Byron led 243 laps in the race
