Mass Vax Aurora signup at 3 p.m. Monday, March 15

In collaboration with Jewel-Osco and the Kane County Health Department, Mayor Richard C. Irvin and the City of Aurora are hosting a fourth MASS VAX AURORA Community Vaccination Clinic on Thursday, March 18.
The first dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be available to AURORA RESIDENTS in qualifying categories. This clinic is NOT for the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine for participants in the clinic on March 8.

Beginning at 3 p.m. Monday, March 15, the first 3,000 AURORA RESIDENTS can sign-up to receive the link to make an appointment at www.aurora-il.org/MassVaxAurora. This is a sign-up list to receive the registration link to make an appointment for the clinic. This is not the actual registration nor confirmation for an appointment.

You can receive a vaccine if you are an Aurora resident in any of the following categories*:

•    AGE: 65 years and older

•   OCCUPATION: Healthcare, First Responder, Education, Food & Agriculture, Manufacturing, Corrections Worker, US Postal Service, Public Transit Worker, Grocery Store Worker, Shelters/Adult Day Care

•    MEDICAL CONDITION: Diabetes, Obesity, Pulmonary Diseases, Smoking, Heart Conditions, Chronic Kidney Disease, Cancer, Immunocompromised, Sickle Cell, Pregnancy, Person with a Disability

The clinic will be held at the former Carson Pirie Scott store, 970 N. Lake Street, as a courtesy of property owner Storage of America.
