The Millennium Carillon in Naperville shows Christmas colors Sunday. Two celebrations will be at the Carillon New Year’s Eve, one at 5:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.. Bells will toll at Midnight. Admission is free for the festivities at the base of the Carillon on the Riverwalk near Rotary Hill. Participants are encouraged to dress in warm clothing. The event is outside. The Millennium Carillon in Moser Tower is a unique 16-story structure with a 72-bell musical instrument. Jason Crane/The Voice
