Have you or someone you know transformed a home or business into a Winter wonderland in Montgomery? If so, it’s time to nominate that person for this year’s Holiday Decorations Award, even if it’s you!
The Montgomery Beautification Committee is sponsoring its popular Holiday Decorations Contest. It is a chance for homes and businesses to be recognized for brilliant holiday displays.
Residents can nominate their own properties or someone else’s simply by submitting the property address to Public Works at 331-212-9044 or by filling out the online form found at MontgomeryIL.org.
December 9, Beautification Committee members and volunteer judges will visit the nominated addresses and select the winners. A sign will be placed that evening in front of the properties selected for an award. Owners are asked to leave these signs up through the holidays. Nominations will be accepted up through December 6.
