The Rotary Club of Montgomery has had a busy October volunteering at various fun Fall community events:
• Montgomery Historic Preservation Commission Cemetery Walk;
• 15th Annual Montgomery River Run;
• Nicholson Elementary Trunk or Treat.
The highlight of the month was the Montgomery Police Department Halloween safety event where the Rotary Club has manned the Pumpkin Patch since the event began five years ago.
The Montgomery Rotary Club meets on the first and third Thursday mornings of the month from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. at the Montgomery Village Hall.
