His report included 113 solar permits were issued in 2019, up from the three permits issued in 2018 and the recently-installed charging station in front of the Village Hall has been used. The Montgomery Village Board, below, discusses changing the solicitor permits from $30 for 30 days to $100 for a year. The Village has approximately 200 residents on the Village’s no solicitor list.
