The Sierra Club Valley of the Fox will have its final program of the 2020-2021 season at Johnson’s Mound Forest Preserve, south of Elburn, at 6 p.m. Monday, June 14. We will provide free box lunches for a no-touch community picnic, and our expert naturalist, Ray Wronkiewicz, will lead us in a nature walk up to the top of Johnson’s Mound, one of the highest points in Kane County, and one of our most beautiful nature preserves.
Please let us know if you will join us so we can have a box lunch waiting for you. Please go to our website, Sierra Club Valley of the Fox, www.sierraclub.org/illinois/valley-fox, to RSVP. If you have a preference for your meal, please call, or text, Mavis Bates at 630-605-9244.
