Officers elected at Fox Valley Newcomers and Neighbors

At Fox Valley Newcomers and Neighbors’ (FVNN) virtual luncheon meeting May 18, president Glenna Walton announced the results of the election of new members to the 2020-2021 Board.

The membership voted online to retain Glenna Walton as president, Claudia Barmore, vice president, and Susan Bain, treasurer. Moving from membership committee chair to secretary is Mary Ellen Johnson.

Other committee chairs elected include Bandina Meadows and Priscilla Virelli, caring and concern; Celina Watts, civic and service; Sally Davis, membership; Lee Winters, newsletter; Susan Bain as postmaster; and Ruth Mensing and Karen Olson, publicity.

Incoming members to the board include Trent Nanke as webmaster; Joyce Taylor, social committee chair; and Pat Papenbrok, chair of programs and lunches.

Walton said farewell to three long-time Board members Renee Lower, Kristen Nobel, and Barbara Young. “They are to be applauded for their outstanding contributions to the FVNN organization over the years,” she said. “Through their hard work and leadership skills, the organization has flourished.”
