Tom Skilling, WGN-TV meteorologist and West Aurora High School graduate, offers remarks at U.S. congressman Bill Foster’s seminar Saturday on a one-year anniversary of the U.S. withdrawal from Paris Climate Change Accord. The event was at the One E. Benton Building, the former Aurora Public Library building, in Aurora. Foster was a speaker and so was Mavis Bates, founder and director of Aurora GreenFest. The theme was a year of climate change.
