The Oswego High School girls bowling team competed in the Wolves Invite with Oswego East High School host past Saturday, Dec. 16. The Oswego varsity team finished in third place and was led by senior Amber Lymenstull and sophomore Sunny Newell. Lymenstull’s 1,107 series (185 average) was good for ninth place overall and Newell finished in 10th place with a 1,098 series (183 average).
The Oswego JV squad finished in fifth place and had two individual medalists. Freshman Zuri Watson finished in eihth place while sophomore Alondra Rodriguez was 11th overall. Watson rolled an 892 series (149 average) and Rodriguez shot 828 (138 average).
