She said in Oswego 2018 it is the year of the dirt because of construction of, to include, the Oswego Police Department to be completed at the end of the year; Oswego Brewing; Potters; Delta Sonic; the $64 Million project of a six-story residential complex on a downtown vacant lot, The Reserve at Hudson Crossing.
