When our neighbors fall on hard times, they often must make the difficult decision to give up their pets.
Aurora Interfaith Food Pantry is set to launch a Pet Pantry where pet owners can obtain dog and cat food for their beloved pets Wednesday, Feb. 12. The Pet Pantry will be open on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, from 10 a.m. to noon.
A proof of spay or neuter is required to obtain food and service is limited to existing Aurora Food Pantry users. Limit two pets per household and no pet food distributed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Fridays.
