Plano Community Library staff members will be back in the building June 1 and the Library will start offering curbside pickup at that time. Curbside service for printing, faxing, and photocopying will be available.

Individuals will be able to call in to ask a question and get book recommendations. Basically, if we can help you over the phone and from your car we’ll do our best to do so.

Any of our users who have cards from other libraries will be able to use our service. If you have a card from another library, you won’t be able to place a hold online, but you can call us starting June 1 and we can pull items for you.

Plano Library cardholders will be able to place holds online beginning June 1. Only Plano items will be available for holds at that time. Once delivery between libraries resumes, we’ll be able to receive items from other libraries.
