Plano Methodist Church’s trunk or treat

Martha Isabel, left, provides a game, prizes, and candy for children at Plano Methodist Church trunk or treat October 13. There were 20 trunks for approximately 300 children. Attendees brought canned goods and paper products as donation for the Kendall County Community Food Pantry. Concessions were sold to help raise money for paid postage for Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child. Congregation members will pack a boxes with toys, clothing, school supplies, and personal hygiene items. The boxes will then be sent to children in underprivileged countries. Linda Oleson photo
