Dear editor;
I am amazed at how often Aurora is mentioned on the news about special events now that it is election time. I can’t remember ever seeing so many events.
I am asking that voters please review the candidates running for mayor, please check what their plans are for the city.
Do you remember when our present mayor, Richard Irvin, wanted to leave Aurora to be our State governor? Well it may be time to let him go to pursue a higher political position and elect a new mayor.
My support and vote is for alderman at large John Laesch. In my opinion it is time for a change in our city government.
