The Zonta Club of Aurora asks you to join us and say, “No To Violence Against Women” during our annual campaign, November 25 through December 10.
The Zonta Club of Aurora undertakes many service projects in keeping with Zonta International’s mission of advancing the status of women and girls worldwide. Zonta Aurora strives to make a difference by expanding women’s and children’s access to education, health care, and improved living conditions.
The dates for this campaign are significant because November 25 is International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, and December 10 is International Human Rights Day.
During these 16 days we’ll be wearing orange, the official color of this campaign, in an effort to raise awareness and inspire action to end the violence and ask you to join us in saying no violence!
