Rosary High School in Aurora is kicking off its year-long 60th anniversary celebration with an Opening Mass at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28. All are welcome to attend.
Other events during the school year are a reunion, fine arts, athletics, social/fun, and an annual Loyal to the Royals gala.
The entire Rosary community, alumnae, parents, family, friends, faculty, and staff members, past and present, are welcome to all events. Website and social media will have all of the details when they become available, at www.rosaryhs.com/60.
Schedule of events:
• August 28 – 60th Anniversary Opening Mass Register. Followed by refreshments and tours.
• November 3-6 – Fiddler on the Roof musical. Previously staged in 1977, 1982, and 1995 at Rosary and in 2006 at Marmion Academy.
• November 12 – All-school Reunion Luncheon / Dominican Alumnae Awards.
• November 13 – Remembrance Mass Register.
• January 14, 2023 – Parents Auxiliary Trivia Night.
• February 25, 2023 – Loyal to the Royals Candlelight Ball.
• March 25, 2023: Easter Egg Hunt
• April 1, 2023 – NCAA Take Over the Tavern.
• May 13, 2023 – Fine Arts Dinner Theatre/Closing Event. Consider performing popular songs from your high school years! Family events for our youngest Royals.
• October 29, 2023: Trick or Treat at Rosary.
• December 4, 2023: Breakfast with Santa.
