Ruth Garcia enthusiastically discusses her future plans and goals with members of the Rotary Club of Aurora Monday at Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora. She is part of the Rotary Club Youth Exchange program and will leave for Sicily soon to spend a full academic year learning both a new language and culture. Exchanges for students 15 to 19 years old are sponsored by Rotary Clubs in more than 100 countries.
