Salvation Army Aurora Corps dedicate $8 million community center

Salvation Army Aurora (Ill.) Corps dedicated an $8 million community center recently, at 550 Redwood Drive in Aurora. The 23,030-square-foot project was launched with a groundbreaking ceremony Oct. 23, 2019. The center features a chapel, classrooms, food pantry, and social services office. A former Moose lodge was torn down to make room for the Center. Al Benson/The Voice
