Members of the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley will hold their June membership meeting Wednesday, June 11, at Oak Street Restaurant, 945 Oak Street, in North Aurora.
Meeting will be held in the East Banquet Room. Dinner is optional on members’ own from the menu at 5:30 p.m. and meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m..
Guest speaker for this month’s membership meeting will be Rita Pennington, Illinois State coordinator, for Quilts of Valor Foundation.
Guests are always welcome! Why not invite a friend, family member or business associate to attend our meeting with you, to learn more about Quilts of Valor, and how they honor our veterans.
The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley’s 3rd Annual “Tee Off to Defeat Diabetes” Golf Outing and Banquet, will be held Friday, June 20, at Bliss Creek Golf Course, 1 Golf View Road, in Sugar Grove, with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.

Members of the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley work together, to provide diabetes awareness in the Fox Valley area, while raising funds to provide aid and education for diabetics, along with investing in research to find a cure.
