Simply Destinee Youth Center’s 2nd Annual “Dancing with the Stars” fundraiser last week at Gaslite Manor in Aurora brings smiles and additional funds from a supportive group. A dozen couples ranging from community celebrities to community business owners were paired with dance students to compete against each other. Votes were counted by donations raised and will be used to support Simply Destinee throughout the year. Simply Destinee is a youth inspired dance team that promotes suicide awareness in memory of Destinee A. Oliva.
