Chocolate Fest sweet treats Feb. 15
New England Congregational Church, 406 W. Galena Blvd. in Aurora, will return an annual Chocolate Festival Sunday, Feb. 15. Rev. Brandon Perrine, NECC senior minister, said the public is invited to sample chocolate treats in Fellowship Hall after the 10 a.m. worship service. In addition to chocolate fountains, homemade cookies,
