The Yorkville Public Library is excited for Teen-Tober. We will have several activities planned just for the teens.

• Monday, Oct. 18 to Friday, Oct. 22, Button Making.

Stop at the Library anytime that week to design and make your very own, unique button. All materials will be provided.

• Tuesday, Oct. 26, 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., Young Adult Book Club.

Stop at the Youth Service desk to pick up your copy of this month’s book “We Are Okay”, by Nina LaCour. Read the book at your own pace, then come to the book discussion Tuesday, Oct. 26.

• Thursday, Oct. 28, 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Pumpkin Craft.

Stop any time between 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to decorate a mini pumpkin to take home. We are using permanent markers and Zentangle designs.

• Thursday, Oct. 28, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Harry Potter Book Club.

Hey Muggles! Join us to discuss the book, “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” by J.K. Rowling. It will be the first of multiple book discussions, which eventually will end in a magical event.
