•Heyyy! The Commie dude comin’ atcha after a brief hiatus. Are ya ready for a fresh batch of antifa s**t. Well, y’all come to the right place, dude. Hang on to yer undies!

I fully expected the B.S. dude to respond to my essay on the socio-political remodeling of the U.S. of A (or should I say the “People’s Republic of America”?) And I was not surprised by his remarks, which he can write with his eyes shut, eh? It’s too bad, however, that he doesn’t understand human history; he would have become a new person, as I had, many years ago.

There’s a saying here in the Land of Lincoln: “You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.” The countries B.S. had mentioned in his rebuttal may have called themselves communist or socialist, but their actions were those of dictatorships. It’s just a matter of putting lipstick on your pig. I challenge B.S. to consult the nearest dictionary and read the definitions of communism and socialism.

I further challenge him to use his next essay, not for ranting and raving ,but for what he learned from this experience. Of course, I shan’t be holding my breath. He seems to have found his niche in the cosmic scheme of things. Quite possibly, any attempt to change his point-of-view could result in a mental break-down and/or hospitalization. And we couldn’t have that, could we?

•The late Jimmy Carter had the right of it: “A strong nation like a strong person can afford to be gentle, firm, thoughtful and kind to others. It’s a weak nation, like a weak person, that must behave with bluster and boasting and rashness and other signs of insecurity.” Does that sound like anyone we know, dear reader?

•Many Republicans have, apparently, seen the writing on the wall and are predicting that the Grand Old Party (GOP) will disintegrate by the time the mid-term elections roll around this year.

Among this number are former members of the executive and legislative branches of government who had the temerity to obey the law of the land, i.e. the Constitution of the United States of America, rather than a fistful of executive orders written by Himself (Donald Trump). He Who would be King had fired/primaried them for no other reason than they were not as loyal to Him as they should have been. And, true to form, Himself has showered them with every foul epithet He can think of on the spur of the moment.

•The sins of Donald J. Trump (chapter 15). He has:

Signed an executive order banning states from regulating artificial intelligence;

Fired several immigration-court judges and replaced them with “deportation judges”;

Accused Rob and Michele Reiner of being victims of “Trump Derangement Disorder”;

Announced a complete travel ban to five more countries and 15 more partially restricted;

Called the Minnesota Somali community “garbage”;

Called for the arrest of former attorney general Merrick Garland, former FBI director Christopher Wray, and many others;

Ordered a partial blockade of oil tankers going to and from Venezuela;

Signed an executive order which orders him to block any state regulation of artificial intelligence;

Ordered the U.S. military to occupy Venezuela, arrest its president, and seize its oil facilities;

Warned the president of Colombia that he would be “next” if he did not “watch his step”;

Claimed to have “aced” the cognitive tests all presidents must undergo “several times”; and

Threatened to cut Raytheon’s contracts with the U.S. if it doesn’t invest more heavily in military equipment.

Just a thought.
