Three Aurora churches will collaborate in a first Steeple Walk Sunday, Dec. 21.
Reverend Tammy Scott, Wesley United Methodist lead pastor, said participating churches are Wesley, Our Savior Lutheran and New England Congregational, all with steeples.
The event will open at 2 p.m. at Wesley, 14 N. May St. in Aurora, with seasonal music. Approximately 2:45 p.m., Our Savior, 420 W. Downer Place, will host holiday sounds and hot cocoa. The walk will conclude at 3:30 p.m. at New England with music and refreshments.
The public is invited. Admission is $10 for individuals and $20 for families. Proceeds will benefit Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry in Aurora.
