The Tri-County Aurora/Aurora Interfaith Food Pantry Food Drive Monday was a huge success!

We filled a full-size box truck and a cargo van with delicious food and collected donations of nearly $1,100 for the Food Pantry. The volunteer team was amazing when we went from concept to complete detailed coordination in a little more than 24 hours.

Thank you to the core team: Melissa Y. (Challenge Concept), Jen M., Meta M. Jen C., Shameem S., Jared P., and all the volunteers who gave a hand today.

The tri-county area includes DuPage, Kendall, and Will Counties.

A big thanks to Crunch Fitness, Brent and McBrides-North, Crossroads Church, Zac for the graphics, and all of the Aurora neighborhoods and friends from nearby towns.

A special shout out to Lakewood Valley and Amber Fields, where the vast majority of the monetary donations came from and thank you to those who help make our community the greatest around. Our efforts instantly will have an impact and change hundreds of lives this week…Aurora Counts!
