What matters most in life? You find you’ve not a clue.
You struggle with the question; what else can you do?
The more you ponder, seemingly there’s but one call—
There is no easy answer; maybe none at all.
The Bible says it’s love, and that you must include,
But there remains the fact, love is an attitude!
But attitudes do change, and all too often will
As seen by all the quandaries our emotions fill.
What happens next in seeking this “what matters most,”
Is finding just how shallow your opinions host.
Most everything you thought important now you find
Would not be deemed all that important to mankind.
But then what is an attitude’s essential goal?
The answer is: to influence, on the whole.
Enough of the same ‘influence’ can move the world;
For influence is leverage, its strength unfurled.
So if enough of all of us decide on peace,
Then avenues for world-wide peace will then increase.
Hence, attitude when thus examined will stand out
As reasons for most everything you are about.
Since everything you do is steered by attitude,
‘What matters most’ makes it a firmly sanctioned food.
Since this makes Archimedes’ lever ours to use,
Make sure it vents an offer that we can’t refuse!
