Celebrating National Banana Split Day, Banana Split, Inc., 820 Church Road, Aurora, will offer free banana splits to the first 100 patrons who make a purchase Sunday, Aug. 24, from noon to 9 p.m..
Owner Daniel Cuevas said, “Old fashioned banana split is our specialty, but we also have soft ice cream in a wide variety of delicious creations.”
Founded in 1983, the shop serves soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt.
