Aurora Sunrise Rotary Club members in the new classrooms of West Aurora School District 129, in the former Dreyer Clinic building, listen to Laurie Klomhaus Wednesday, Oct. 30 talk about the Early Childhood Development program. She leads her group of teachers who work with pre-kindergarten special-needs children to prepare them to enter kindergarten, and coaches their parents on how to help their kids. The campus houses other classrooms for children and young adults through the age of 21 to complete high school, and help them enter the work-place qualified for a job that will give them their independence.
