The City of Aurora government will host a free electronics recycling drive-thru Saturday, Aug. 22 from 8 a.m to noon at the Route 59 Train Station, 1090 N. IL Route 59. The event will take place on the south side of the tracks.
All items are free to recycle, but registration is required! All residents must register in advance at https://tinyurl.com/AuroraFallRecycle for a time slot.
The event is open to the first 2,000 Aurora residents who register. ID is required.
Each vehicle is limited to two screens, either television or computer screens, but can have an unlimited number of other electronics.
Only approved household items and electronics will be accepted.
