The DeKalb County Courthouse 24 Hour Veterans Vigil will take place Friday, Nov. 4, starting at 4 p.m. and ending Saturday, Nov. 5 at 4 p.m.. An opening ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m. Friday previous to the vigil.
