The Aurora Actionaires Foundation, Inc. donated 1,000 masks to the Aurora Housing Authority to assist in providing mandatory protective face covering for our seniors, families, and the disabled during this COVID-19 pandemic. They additionally donated to both the Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry and the Marie Wilkinson Food Pantry. These donations came on the heels of their awarding $12,500 in scholarships to Aurora high school graduates.
The Aurora Actionaires Foundation, Inc. is a recognized Charitable 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization comprised of 24 African American women who seek to serve our community. For 45 years, they have assisted the elderly, donated to the needy, and provided college scholarships to typically under-served Aurora high school graduates.
