City of Lights Theatre and Cabaret will stage “Annie” July 23-Aug. 2.
The Aurora community troupe’s second musical will perform July 23-25, 30-31 and August 1 at 7 p.m. and July 26 and August 2 at 2 p.m. at Aurora University’s Perry Theater, 349 S. Gladstone Ave., Aurora.
