Aurora mayor life-size painting

Aurora artist Andrew Zabela-Zabelin, stands left of the life-size painting of mayor Richard Irvin at the Aurora City Council meeting Tuesday. Zabela-Zabelin created the life-size painting for free. He is a member of the American Impressionist Society and has received awards from international artists for his art. Zabela-Zabelin recently moved into the Artisan Lofts at the Dunham Arts Center in downtown Aurora. He has exhibits in several galleries and museums internationally and in the U. S. and will be host to a special showing of his work First Fridays in December in Aurora City Hall.
