AVAC (Aurora Veterans Advisory Council), in coordination with the Quilt of Valor (QOV) Foundation, present Fred Vargas of Aurora with a quilt of valor February 10. He served from 1957 to 1960 as a Marine in Kodiak Alaska as an MP.
