Assuming that you LOVE your spouse, there’s always something more;
Just how much do you LIKE that person; how would he/she score?
Since you can like a person without love, turn that around;
In thinking of it in that way, all the above is sound.
In dealing with the human mind, there is a sadder note—
There are those who cannot know love, and therefore ‘miss the boat!’
And these same people, what they choose to like is on their terms;
A very selfish way to think, which how they act affirms.
Thank goodness, there’s another side, to which there’s hope you fit;
Those who will love and like the same, embracing all of it!
Right now, all the above is causing you to muse;
Let’s hope your thoughts come out the way you’d like to choose!
