Local elected officials and constituents joined the congressman for the grand opening of his new district office on Aurora’s West Side at 2000 W. Galena Boulevard, Suite 303. The new office marks a move from his longtime office on Aurora’s far East Side to be more conveniently situated for constituents of the 11th Congressional District in Illinois.

Foster marks his 10th year as representative of the 11th district. He represented the 14th Congressional District of Illinois from 2008 to 2011.

He is the only Ph.D. physicist in Congress.
