Six members of the Naperville City Council vote to limit the number of dispensaries to three at a special meeting Monday. Speakers shared thoughts in a public forum. Fifty-three percent of Naperville residents showed support for cannabis sales in a March referendum after the Council voted no in September 2019. After discussion about details on distance from schools, the Council voted unanimously to ban consumption at dispensaries.
