What is there about Christmas that you like the most?
Like just an action or a period of time.
But one you like repeating where you are the host.
And when you start to think, the list will start to climb.
You may well find a lot of favorites appear;
And putting one above the others hard to do.
You’ll also find, some near the top do not mean cheer;
But this is your assessment, what it means to you!
So Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, to you all.
Oh, did I interrupt some thinking as you try?
But trying to play favorites is a nasty call;
I gave up years ago—all of mine ranked high!
