The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley just completed its first annual “Tee Off to Defeat Diabetes” Golf Outing Friday, Sept. 1, at Fox Bend Golf Course, in Oswego.
The Golf Outing was such a success that we have booked next year’s “Tee Off to Defeat Diabetes” Golf Outing, Friday, June 21, 2024, at Bliss Creek Golf Course, in Sugar Grove.
The members of the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley are getting ready to announce their next event ,“Score a Touchdown to Defeat Diabetes” Fall Football/Pizza Party Fundraiser, being held on a Sunday, in October.
November is National Diabetes Awareness Month, which will find Club members and friends, attending the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley’s “Make a Goal to Fight Diabetes” Chicago Steel hockey game, at Fox Valley Ice Arena in Geneva, to bring about an awareness of diabetes, while raising funds to assist the Club in its fight against diabetes.
December 14, the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley will hold the second annual Holiday Party Fundraiser, at the historic Gray’s Mill Estate, 211 N. River Street, in Montgomery.
The Club members have planned an old-fashioned holiday party, with an optional $20.00 wrapped gift exchange game, along with basket raffles.
Social meet and greet will be at 6 p.m., buffet dinner will begin at 7 p.m., with optional gift exchange game and raffles following dinner.

The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, that meets monthly on the second Thursday of each month, at the historic Gray’s Mill Estate, 211 N. River Street, Montgomery. Social/dinner at 5:30 p.m., meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. and guests are always welcome!
The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley was established with a mission to support efforts to prevent and find a cure for diabetes. Our purpose is to raise funds to aid those who work in research and /or education regarding diabetes, and to assist those with diabetes in any way we can.
