In the Aurora Kiwanis Club‘s March 21 meeting, Kiwanian Ernie “Pooch” Poochigian interviews and applauds World War II Navy veteran, Dick Miller, 96, of Aurora on his experience on the U.S.S. Drexler DD-741 at the Aurora Club’s March 21 meeting. Miller recounted the sinking of the Drexler after being hit by two Japanese kamikaze planes May 28, 1945.
